Eric serves as Chief Technology Officer where he leads technology strategy, diligence, and platform development. Eric brings over two decades of experience in engineering leadership, product development and digital transformation, supporting businesses as they scale technology capabilities and execute strategy.

Eric served as Chief Technology Officer at former Renovo portfolio company, Global HR Research, where he played a key role in building and scaling the company’s technology platform. Earlier in his career, Eric held senior technology and engineering leadership at NewMile, SS&C Advent, and Vurv Technology, and was a co-founder and technology partner at Pacesetter Technology.
