Frank brings over 30 years of operating and executive leadership to Renovo as an Industry Partner focused on the Sensor and Industrial IOT sectors. Most recently, Frank served as President/CEO and Director of Measurement Specialties, Inc (NASDAQ: MEAS), a designer/manufacturer of embedded sensors and sensor-based systems. At MEAS, Frank orchestrated a successful out-of-court restructuring earning TMAs turnaround-of-the-year in 2004.
He subsequently remained at the helm of MEAS and led a decade long expansion program, growing revenue from $40 million to $600 million over 10 years. Frank completed 24 acquisitions and deployed $450 million of capital within the embedded sensor sector, compounding earnings over 20% annually during that period. Frank exited in October 2014 following the successful sale to TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) at $86 per share, creating approximately $1.7 billion of incremental equity value under his leadership.
Prior to MEAS, Frank was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of CRP, a Dallas-based turnaround/restructuring firm, along with Four Corners Capital, a boutique investment/advisory firm, and spent 13 years in management consulting with Andersen Consulting and George Group, Inc. Frank received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Frank currently serves on the board of Otodata Wireless, Rochester Sensors and Summit Casing Equipment.

Don brings more than 30 years experience as an operating executive, principal investor and entrepreneur. Prior to founding Renovo, Don was a partner at Four Corners Capital and established the firm’s operating partner practice that structured and managed private equity investments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Don is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and serves on the boards of States Industries, Summit Casing Equipment, Rochester Sensors, Otodata Wireless and Reynolds Lift Technologies.

Matt has close to 20 years of principal investing and management consulting experience. Prior to Renovo, Matt was a Vice President at a boutique strategy and operational consulting firm advising middle market companies.
Prior to consulting, Matt was an Associate with Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group providing debt and equity capital to middle market companies. He started his career as an Investment Analyst with Prudential Capital Group. Matt graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in finance.
Matt is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and currently serves on the board of Otodata Wireless, Summit Casing Equipment and Rochester Sensors, where he most recently served as interim CFO for two years post-closing.

Tom Colosky has nearly 10 years of experience working in strategic and operational value creation. Prior to Renovo, Tom was a Senior Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) where he focused on corporate and operations strategy including cost structure affordability, governance and organizational design, large scale transformation, market analysis, and growth strategy, primarily in the Industrials sector. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. Tom is also a graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics Program.

Erik brings over 20 years of business process improvement, business infrastructure development and acquisition integration experience as a Renovo Operating Partner.
Previously, Erik served in various management roles at Measurement Specialties, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEAS), including Vice President, Integration/Best Practices; Executive Director of Operations, Americas and Director of Global IT/Best Practices.
Prior to MEAS, Erik spent years in management consulting as a Partner at boutique strategy and operational consulting firm advising middle market companies and as a consultant at George Group, Inc., a manufacturing-focused management consulting company.
Erik received a B.S. in Management Science from Southern Methodist University.
