Rushton Scott has been promoted to Vice President. He has played a key role in deal execution and portfolio company management. In his new role, he will lead Renovo’s business development efforts for new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Rushton began his career in investment banking as a credit underwriting analyst at Truist Securities before earning his MBA from UVA Darden. He completed his undergraduate degree from Auburn University.

Meet Jain has joined the Renovo team as Senior Associate. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, Meet started his career in investment banking at BlackArch Partners. Prior to joining Renovo, Meet worked as an Associate at The Sterling Group, where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities in the industrials sector.

We are excited to welcome Meet to Renovo, where he will apply his investing experience to the lower middle market.
