Renovo Capital invests in A.P. Nonweiler, Co.

March 22, 2022 – Renovo Capital, LLC (“Renovo”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of A.P. Nonweiler, Co. (“APN” or the “Company”) in partnership with its third generation family owner Mark Nonweiler. The APN investment is indicative of Renovo’s commitment to a vertical industry focus within specialty chemicals and to forming partnerships where our value creation strategies, in-house resources, and buy-and-build experience can deliver meaningful equity value for shareholders and entrepreneurs.

A.P. Nonweiler develops formulations and manufactures a broad range of industrial specialty coatings, selling through both distribution and direct channels to serve a wide range of industrial end markets and applications with its comprehensive portfolio of liquid coatings technologies.
