Renovo, in partnership with real estate data executives, transformed the business from a consumer-centric ecommerce platform into an enterprise selling data solutions provider, significantly expanding its property data assets, developing new products and services and broadening its customer base and end markets. ATTOM was sold in January 2019 to Lovell Minnick Partners, a private equity firm specializing in financial and related business services companies.
