This opportunity was created through a Federal Trade Commission requirement to approve Corelogic, Inc.’s acquisition of DataQuick. The ability to leverage valuable data assets in a thriving real estate industry has created an exciting growth opportunity for RealtyTrac. Renwood RealtyTrac, LLC is an Irvine, CA-based data information services business, providing unique real estate data to consumers through RealtyTrac.com and to businesses through a rapidly growing business-to-business data sales enterprise.
On April 30, 2014, David Hull, Partner at Renovo Capital, was nationally recognized as a winner of the 5th Annual 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards. An independent committee of industry business leaders judged participants on career accomplishments, professional expertise, community service and philanthropic endeavors.
